Our 30 days money back guarantee means that if you for any reason are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item. 

This guarantee is valid for any country from which you make the purchase.

By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen working days from the date the item is delivered. For more information see Consumer Laws. 

At TechStab.com we want you to be happy, every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. That's why we extend the cool-down-period, and give you our 30 days money back guarantee. 

How to return items in the 30 days money back guarantee period
To cancel your purchase within the period of our 30 days money back guarantee, the item must be intact and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.  

Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us within 30 days from the date, that the item was delivered to you. Please give the reason for the return, as "I just don't want it anymore" for example. Together with the item you must document that you have purchased the item in TechStab.com (for example enclose the invoice). 

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item was damaged or defective.

How to return items because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you within 2 years of the date you received the item, find an error on our part, or because the item was damaged or defective when you received it, the item can be returned. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (either via a personalised pre-paid return label, or by refunding your return postage costs). 

TechStab.com will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
